Order Cancellations
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made on the same day of placing the order. Once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained. To request a cancellation, email us at support@iffardah.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed within 6–7 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details to process the refund.
Product Not as Expected
If you feel the product is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, email us within 24 hours of receipt. Our team will review your concern and decide on an appropriate resolution (refund, replacement, or store credit).

Dispatch Timeline
Orders are processed and dispatched within 0–3 working days from the date of payment confirmation. Pre-order or made-to-order items may have longer dispatch timelines (customers will be informed at checkout or via email).

Products Not Eligible for Cancellation

Damaged or Defective Items
